The Lodge at Sonoma is some kind o’ wonderful! One of our most favorite places to unwind after a long day of sips & sees, this cozy abode is located in Napa’s neighboring town of Sonoma (just as charming - slightly more low key).
With villas scattered around the property, each room is fully equipped with bicycles, balconies, and fireplaces, oh my! We stayed here for New Years, and while our vibe was “cozy casual” this stunning spot offers everything you’d need to party like a rockstar- as they say.
Located conveniently close to Sonoma Square and many of the town’s most sought-after wineries & vineyards, it is what you make it! The on-site restaurant is trendy and delightful, and the poolside and fountain really add an extra touch. The best part about it? It’s affordable. Giving you everything you need and nothing you don’t for a perfect wine country getaway. Yes. Please.
Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa-

It’s a Napa Valley Classic! With all the goods & gadgets. The Marriott Hotel & Spa is located centrally, just a short drive to Saint Helena Highway aka the road to all of the best wineries in the world! It’s better than your typical business hub hotel, encouraging rest and relaxation with it’s full-service spa, poolside cabanas & menu, and on-site restaurant. The affordable hotel is SUCH a great option if you’re ballin’ on a budget, and you definitely don’t have to pay for an upgrade to get a great room! Most are pool or garden facing *exhale* and yes, it really is as easy and care-free as it sounds!
Carneros Resort & Spa-

Ah the sweet scent of luxury… while Michael and I have personally never actually stayed here, sources near to us (cough cough: empty nesters) speak of the storybook-like existence that makes Carneros Resorts & Spa the crème de la crème of wine country. The accommodation type is luxury villas - yes, you CAN have your own. And it checks pretty much every box on my life long wishlist. Vineyard views from the pool? On-site gourmet, farm-to-table-restaurant? Fire-pits and open floor-plans? Check, check aaaaand check. We could go on, but all we’ll leave it at this: if you can…. do. That’s all.
